What they do
Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of airline passengers. They provide personalized service to passengers before, during, and at the end of a flight.
Skills & Qualifications needed
Customer service skills for working with passengers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English, multilingual is preferred
Patience and the ability to remain calm under stress
Ability to work in a team
At least a high school diploma or equivalent

Carry out inflight safety and security procedures
Assist with the boarding process
Prepare and serve food and beverages to passengers
Demonstrate the proper use of safety equipment
Submit analytic reports concerning flight incidents
