Lynker is a student-led, non-profit organization dedicated to upskilling and empowering youth in Hong Kong.
Our mission
Our mission is to improve the lives of Hong Kong youth by running meaningful programs, engaging in advocacy, and providing access to useful resources in hopes of empowering them with the confidence to realize their full potential and achieve their aspirations.

Meet Our Advisor
Professor Kai-Ming Cheng
Professor Kai-ming Cheng is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He was Dean of Education and Vice-President of the University. He taught at the Harvard Graduate School of Education as Visiting Professor 1996-2006. Trained as a mathematician, he was a school teacher and a principal before he did his PhD at the London Institute of Education. He has been a consultant with major international organizations. He lectures at various institutions in various countries. He focuses on changes in society and challenges to education, and on learning as the core business of education. He is on the Global Advisory Boards of various international organisations. Locally he was a member of the Education Commission and was instrumental in the comprehensive reform which started in 1999.

Founder & CEO
Quincy is an 18-year-old born and raised in Hong Kong. She loves exploring the world through travel, meeting new people, and spending time with her friends and family.
Carol Chan
Head of Development
Carol is a driven youth who enjoys meeting new people from all walks of life. As a strong believer in people-oriented leadership, she values teamwork, diversity and communication. She looks forward to exploring limitless possibilities and unleashing her potential.
Jasmyn Wong
Head of Marketing
Jasmyn is passionate about helping young individuals discover their dreams and pursue their interests. She enjoys participating in volunteer work ranging from teaching kids English to helping elderlies.
Isaac Lo
Marketing Officer
Isaac is zealous in helping people, especially those who are achieving their ambitions in their adolescent years. In his spare time, he loves taking part in sports games, playing the piano and watching documentaries.
Nicole Cheung
Head of Outreach
Nicole is a 18 years old girl who is passionate about voluntary work and actions that inspire others. She enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds and is involved in a variety of community services.
Arvin Pong
Project Officer
Arvin is a 16 year old secondary school student studying in Hong Kong, and is excited to be a part of Lynker to help Hong Kong youth in their career paths. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, books, movies and science.
Nathan Lam
Head of Information
Nathan is enthusiastic about the latest technology and tech gadgets. In his free time, he loves to explore different online platforms and software, as well as beautifully designed websites.
Juliet Tse
Project Officer
Juliet is enthusiastic about mathematics and is keen on sharing her experiences with young people. She enjoys helping others finding their passion through teaching.
